Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If any issues arise with your order, please contact us immediately. Note that returns are accepted under specific conditions and within 14 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost and we will apply GBP 200 fee for non-delivery or delivery by our team. Once returned the warehouse will inspect your return and refund will be issued. Please note delivery charges are not refunded for change of mind.
