Dust regularly with a soft cloth and use a wood-safe polish every few months. Avoid direct heat sources — always use coasters or trivets under hot dishes. Wipe spills promptly and keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Turkish pine is durable yet lightweight — perfect for structural furniture that needs both strength and ease of movement. Its lighter tone also provides a beautiful contrast in mixed-material designs.

Epoxy tables are crafted by combining solid wood with a cured resin mix, resulting in a glossy, durable, and highly artistic finish. The resin is poured into natural voids or along the live edge of the wood, creating a striking river effect.

Very durable. Epoxy is resistant to water, heat, stains, and scratches. To maintain the glossy finish, clean with a soft cloth and mild soap — avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as these can dull the surface over time.

Yes — we accept Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and most major payment methods through our secure Shopify store. All transactions are processed safely and encrypted.

Absolutely. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Our tables come with easy-to-install legs — a drill is required. Mount the legs within 15 cm of each corner edge for optimal stability. Detailed assembly instructions are included with every order.

Yes — we partner with trusted couriers to deliver safely to your doorstep (ground floor). Basic delivery is free. Assembly is available for £70. Deliveries to upper floors carry an additional charge of +£20 per floor.

In-stock items: approximately 2 weeks within the UK. Custom or bespoke orders: approximately 8 weeks. We keep you updated at every step and will contact you to book a convenient delivery slot.

We work with Proovia, DPD, DHL, and EVRI depending on the size of your order and your location. All providers are vetted for handling large, fragile furniture items.

You will need someone available to assist during delivery — please plan ahead and ensure an adult is present to help manoeuvre the furniture safely into position.

You can arrange for someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, or contact us in advance to coordinate a more convenient time. Please note that missed deliveries without prior notice may incur a redelivery fee.

You have 14 days to return standard items in their original packaging. Custom and bespoke pieces are non-refundable once shipped. Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery — please inspect your furniture before signing.

Yes — you may cancel within 5 days of placing your order at no cost. Cancellations after 5 days may result in forfeiture of your 20% deposit. Please contact us to initiate a cancellation.
