Getting Your Furniture Home

We take great care in delivering your handcrafted pieces. Please review the following before your order is placed.

You are responsible for ensuring furniture fits through all entry points and into the desired room.

Failed Delivery
Failed delivery due to size or access restrictions will result in non-refundable delivery charges.

Redelivery Fees
If you cancel a confirmed delivery or are unavailable, redelivery and storage fees will apply.
  • In-stock items are delivered within 14 days of order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order items have an estimated lead time of 2–10 weeks, which may extend to 20–24 weeks during peak periods.
  • An adult must be present to inspect and sign for all deliveries. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Our delivery crew may refuse delivery in environments deemed unsafe or where there is clear risk of damage to property.

Returns & Charges

Prices may fluctuate based on stock availability and material costs. We do not offer refunds on price differences after an order has been placed.

Refund timeline: All refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 business days after inspection. Your bank may require additional time to process the transaction.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Damaged or poorly packaged returns will not be accepted. Please retain photographic evidence of safe packaging.
  • Return charges apply to non-faulty items and orders cancelled after dispatch.

5-Day Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 5 days of placement at no cost. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of your 20% deposit. To cancel, please contact our team directly.

  • Cancellations within 5 days of order placement: no charge
  • Cancellations after 5 days: 20% deposit may be forfeited
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our contact page
  • Bespoke and custom-dimensioned orders may carry additional cancellation conditions
