Terms and Conditions

• You are responsible for ensuring furniture fits through all entry points and into the desired room.
• Failed delivery due to size/access restrictions will result in non-refundable delivery charges.
• Please inform us of any non-standard delivery situations when ordering.
• If you cancel a confirmed delivery or are unavailable, redelivery and storage fees may apply.
• In-stock items: delivered within 14 days. Other items: estimated 2–10 weeks (may extend to 20–24 weeks).
• An adult must be present to inspect and sign for deliveries. Report any defects immediately.
• Our crew may refuse delivery in unsafe environments or where risk of damage exists.

Prices may fluctuate based on stock and material costs. We do not offer refunds on price differences.

Recollection or return charges for non-faulty items (or canceled dispatched orders):

• Table: £120 (per item)
• Chair: £30 (per item)
• Sofa: £200 (per item)
• End Table: £40 (per item)
• Bench: £60 (per item)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 business days after inspection. Banks may take additional time for processing.

All items must be returned in original packaging. Damaged or poorly packed returns will not be refunded. Please retain proof of safe packaging.

• You may cancel your order up to 5 days after placement without penalty.
• Cancellation after 5 days may result in forfeiting your 20% deposit.
