Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase in the presence of the courier. We encourage this to ensure that any damage during transit is immediately identified. Regrettably, if damage is discovered after the courier has left, we cannot guarantee a replacement.

Reporting Damage
If you notice any damage upon receipt, please report it to us via email within 3 working days. Before you proceed with any assembly or installation, it's important to document the issue. This helps us in providing you with the best possible solution.

Procedure for Reporting

We believe you'll love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, you have the option to return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund for stock items, minus any return or collection costs.
