Delivery & Returns

Made to Order & Lead Times

Every piece is handmade to order. Production begins only after you place your order and select your options (size, wood, finish, fabric or colour). Estimated lead times are shown on each product page (tables typically 8–12 weeks). Because each item is made individually, production can occasionally take up to 24 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout.

Delivery

• We deliver across the UK with our partner Proovia, and in and around London with our own team. We will contact you to book a delivery date once your item is ready.
• Chairs are delivered fully assembled.
• Tables arrive with legs detached. Fixings are included; tabletops are not pre-drilled, so a drill is required.
• Please check doorways, stairs and room access before ordering.
• An adult must be present to unwrap and inspect the items on delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported with photos within 48 hours.

Cancellations & Returns

• You may cancel free of charge within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, production has begun and 20% of the order value is non-refundable.
• As made-to-order goods, our products cannot be returned for change of mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg. 28(1)(b)).
• Returns are accepted only for items that are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described.

Natural Wood & Handmade Finish

Grain, knots, colour variation, natural movement and slight variation in a hand-applied finish are characteristics of solid wood, not defects. Handmade dimensions may vary by up to ±2 cm.
