Lead times

All our products are handmade to order. Estimated lead times are shown on each product page (tables typically 8–12 weeks). Because each item is made individually, production can take longer, and the agreed delivery period is up to 24 weeks from the date of your order. We will keep you informed and contact you to book a delivery date once your item is ready.

Access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you order will fit into the intended room and through all access points (doorways, stairs, lifts and corridors), and that there is sufficient access for our delivery vehicle. Please tell us about any non-standard delivery circumstances when ordering.

If delivery cannot be completed due to size or access restrictions, the delivery charge is non-refundable and re-delivery or return charges will apply. Not sure? See our Measuring Guide.

On the day

An adult must be present at the delivery address to unwrap and inspect the products, and to sign for them in a safe and satisfactory condition. Please note any damage on the delivery note and email photos to info@theindustrialfurniture.co.uk within 48 hours.

The delivery crew will not attempt delivery where there are health and safety concerns or a risk of damage to your home, and will not remove doors or windows.

Re-arranged deliveries & storage

If you are unavailable on an agreed delivery date, re-delivery charges may apply. If a delivery date is postponed by you for more than one week, storage charges may apply.

Delivery partners & assembly

We deliver across the UK with our partner Proovia, and in and around London with our own team. Installation is not included.

Chairs are delivered fully assembled. Tables are delivered with legs detached and all fixings included; tabletops are not pre-drilled, so a drill is needed to attach the legs. See our Assembly Instructions.
